How many hours can you play a day? about 2 hours.
Why do you feel you should be a Moderator? I feel that I should be a Moderator because I am capable of keeping the peace on server.
How would the server benefit from you? It would be more supervised because of me and more under control.
What would you do if...
Someone claims to hack? Ban them for a week or more depending on my certainty that they did indeed hack.
Someone makes a SMALL grief? Jail them for 10 minutes.
Someone has been spamming? Mute them and jail them for 3 minutes.
Someone starts an argument? Mute them.

Wow, This is Moderator material, wish I could say "your mod!" But, unfortunately I can't. We have all the staff we need. I will add you to the list of Mods. I have not seen you in game a lot but I know you are a good player. I hope to see you in game a lot more!
