Why you feel you can be an Admin? I feel I can help out the server lots as I am a very good builder and know lots of the commands for plugins. I have lots of experience and always online and I am very polite with banter.

What would you do if...
Someone Hacked the server? If someone were to hack the server I would kick them/give them a warning and if they continue I would ban them with your permission.
Someone Makes a HUGE world edit?(Staff/Hacker) If someone were to make a HUGE world edit I would tell them to undo it and tell them to not use world edit for large builds.
Someone makes a LARGE grief? If someone makes a large grief I would try my best to repair it, I would also temp-ban the player and make sure they do not do it again.

Ok Metalsonic, I will guide you through this, 1, go in to "admin Applications" scroll to the bottom. 2, it should say "example admin application or app", one of the two, 3, it should show the format (the questions) 4, copy the questions, 5, go to admin applications and click "new topic" 6, paste the questions on the new topic page (should be a blank page) 7, answer the questions, when you have done that we may accept your application but as of npw you need to use the topic, -Mj
