How many hours can you play a day? 2
Why do you feel you should be a Moderator? I know how to run a bukkit server and I know how to handle and help people.
How would the server benefit from you? I am a good builder and I could help new players on the server. I also prefer to stay on gamemode s most of the time so as not to be too OP.
What would you do if... I would make them rebuild it and if they refused jail them.
Someone claims to hack? I would tell an admin and if none were on I would tempban them.
Someone makes a SMALL grief? I would make them rebuild it and if they refused jail them.
Someone has been spamming? I would kick them.
Someone starts an argument? Warn them to stop then kick them if they don't.

Good app however your punishments are a little off. I will talk to the fellow staff and we will make a decision.

I will be happy to do any punishments server staff tell me, those were just my best guesses.

I think it is a good app but then...as architect327 said as ime goes all of the staff will go over this and will have your answer shortly!
