If i am not unbanned by jan 3 i will leave server pemanantly and take all that i built with me

Ban stays, you just threatened to basically greif, I might consider perma banning you.

No i would not, everything you have placed or done, is in the servers possession, Sorry about the ban, And technically, building things for us is nice, that means those blocks were in our possession, and if I unban you and I fing on greif from you, I will ip-ban you from the forums and the server, your welcome back, but if i fing one thing.....you will have it coming.
